Support at each stage of your journey

Pregnancy is a time of profound change, exciting yet often overwhelming. Whether you're facing fertility challenges, coming to terms with an unplanned pregnancy, navigating the emotional complexities of a high-risk pregnancy, or dealing with past trauma resurfacing, you're not alone. Many parents-to-be experience a mix of joy, fear, and uncertainty.
The birth of your baby is a significant event, and if it didn't go as planned, it can leave you feeling unsettled or even traumatised. Experiences like birth trauma, NICU stays, or unexpected complications can be difficult to process. Together, we can work through these feelings.

The transition to parenthood is a journey, and it's okay if it doesn't feel natural right away. Adjusting to new routines and relationship changes can be challenging, often bringing feelings of loneliness, loss of identity, anxiety, or anger. These feelings are common and don’t reflect your ability to be a good parent.
Learning how to understand and respond to a baby who can’t yet communicate their needs can feel hard and exhausting. Sometimes, painful memories from your own childhood can show up in unexpected ways during early bonding, making it difficult to connect and be present. These experiences are more common than you might think, but often leave parents feeling guilty, self critical, or worried about not being a “good enough” parent.
I provide a supportive space to help you navigate these changes, strengthening connection and self-compassion along the way.

Becoming parents brings big changes, not just in your daily life, but in your relationship as a couple. It’s common for tension to arise as you and your partner adjust to new roles and responsibilities. Sometimes, the ways you were parented growing up can affect how you approach your own parenting. You might find that you have different hopes or ideas about parenting, which can feel challenging to navigate.
Each developmental stage brings new challenges, whether it’s managing meltdowns, sibling rivalry or starting nursery. Questions around rules, routines and boundaries can feel overwhelming. Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
