What Information I Collect
If you contact me via this website, I may collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in your message. I do not use cookies for tracking or analytics.

Why I Collect It
I collect this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide therapeutic services, or share relevant information you’ve requested.

How Your Data Is Stored
Any personal data you share is stored securely and accessed only by me. I use encrypted email and secure practice management systems where appropriate.

Your information is kept for the time necessary to provide the therapy service requested, however outside of this I will hold your details and session notes for a period of 7 years following the end of treatment to comply with legal obligations that are placed upon me by my insurers. In the case of a child under 13 then records will be kept 7 years after they reach the age of 18. After this date, all data will be securely deleted.

Lawful Basis for Processing
The lawful basis for my holding and using your information is in relation to the delivery of a contract to you as a health care professional.

Sharing Your Data
As an accredited psychologist I operate under a strict code of confidentiality. I do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

There are exceptional cases where I might ethically or legally have to give information to relevant authorities, for example if I had reason to believe that someone, especially a child or vulnerable adult, is at imminent and serious risk of harm, or to prevent a miscarriage of justice.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you have concerns
